What You'll Need:

 

Ripe Avocados, 2

Tomato, 1 medium

Red onion, 1/2 small

Cilantro, 1/2 bunch

Olive Oil, 1 T

Salt to taste

 

To Create:

Finely dice red onion. Dice tomato and remove excess liquid. Chop cilantro. Spoon out avocado into medium mixing bowl. Add tomato, onion, and cilantro. Add olive oil. Add salt to taste. Combine all ingredients.
